We all worry, get stress and anxious at times. For me I try and find a positive thought that helps me get through my struggle. Often times we as humans cannot find a positive thought or be able to focus on the thought for too long. Another way to focus on relieving the stress, anxiety and worry is to find a guided meditation online. Here is one that I find to be useful. And it is less then 10 minutes!
