Stressors are all around us. Knowing how to decrease stress can be difficult. It takes strong mental and emotional health in order to decrease stressors in our life as well as to go to a ‘happy place’ in our minds.

Trying to breathe in and out deeply may work for some; screaming works for others; crying works too. Just make sure you are not shutting down when you get stressed. The more you shut down the worse you will feel- I am speaking from experience!!
