Get Moving!



Knowing that being physically active is important to our health whether it is walking, running, biking or going to the gym. Just stay active. I workout seven days a week- I know crazy!! But it is my stress reliever, a place where I feel like I belong. I mix up every workout at the gym and recently I have started to “train” and workout with a friend. It is more motivating to workout with someone alongside of you because the workout goes faster and your goals for that one day are met.

I found some of my workouts on Pinterest and some I was given to by my personal trainer friend. I will share with you some of my workouts that have helped me reach my goals and maybe they will help you reach yours!

So, go grab your sneakers, water and get MOVING!
