GOAL!! No- I am not talking about kicking the ball to win the game! I am talking about the ones we make for ourselves each and everyday.
What to do things but feel like there is never enough time in the day?! Try what most people find helpful: write a list of what you want to get down that day whether at work, at the gym, at home, or with the kids. There is not better feeling then knowing you got to those 3 things on the list.
We all make goals that are achievable and aren’t. Do NOT set yourself up for failure. Make small baby steps of goals that can be reached at the end of the day, week, or month. The more pressure you put on yourself to met your goals. the more likely you are to not achieve them.
